Duret Promoteur, a specialist in real estate development in Vendée and Loire-Atlantique, planned the construction of a new residence in Nantes. Named “Le Carré de Flore,” this residence will consist of 32 units, with construction scheduled for 2021. To showcase these future apartments to potential buyers as early as possible, Duret Promoteur reached out to us to create a virtual tour of the model apartments for their agencies.

We produced 3D models of the various apartments based on the 2D plans provided. We also integrated textures, lighting, and furniture, and captured drone photography of the exterior panorama to incorporate the real view from the apartments. Finally, we developed an application compatible with the virtual reality equipment available in their agencies.

With these virtual reality tours, buyers can enjoy a fully immersive experience of the apartment before it is even built. It’s a highly effective sales tool.
