Virtual Reality for Studying Eating Behaviors

Virtual Reality for Studying Eating Behaviors

The IHAC AgroParisTech/INRAE team at Paris-Saclay, specializing in the interactions between humans and food, entrusted us with developing a virtual reality project.

We created a tool that allows them to independently design new consumption experiences in virtual reality. The team can recreate realistic eating scenarios to better understand consumer behavior.

During the experience, participants are offered food in a controlled environment. They can observe, taste, and evaluate the food. Interactions are performed directly with their hands, and questionnaires are automatically generated and processed.

This tool is used to conduct in-depth studies on eating behaviors, providing unparalleled precision and immersion.
